MUSIC WORKSHOP

Well, where do we begin? It was an opportunity of a life time for music enthusiasts at SJBHS. A group of thirty boys were chosen to be part of the workshop, on a first come first serve basis. The performances by all the bands on 13 February 2023 were absolutely mesmerising. The United States Air Force Band of the Pacific paved the way for an extremely interactive workshop. The program was well coordinated and was conducted seamlessly. The Air Force Band played 3-4 songs which had the audience completely captivated.

The students got to ask questions to the visiting band members about what they do, what inspired them to be so committed to music and what motivated them to be so dedicated to the art, among other such questions.

After the program, the teachers interacted with the band. They were in awe of the well- crafted answers that the band members gave them. It was an informative and exciting workshop which has inspired many people to pursue a career in music. It was indeed a memorable experience to cherish for a long time to come!
