Admission to PKG & LKG is done in December & January every Academic year. (Application Forms to PKG & LKG are issued ONLINE in the Second week of November 2024 & January 2025).

UKG to Std X (LATERAL ENTRY) Admission to all other classes (UKG to Std 10) are closed.
Please submit a request letter stating the Standard for which admission is sought.
If there is any vacancy arising out of the sudden and unforeseen departure of any student, an opening for admission may be possible. We will inform you after 15th May.

Admission to PKG & LKG 2025-2026

Dear Parent

We invite you to apply for your son’s entry into PKG & LKG.

1. • Please note that we do not take donations for any admissions. We do not have any agents through whom you can procure seats. Do not give any money to anyone who promises you a seat in our school. You will be doing so at your own risk.

2. • Application forms for admission to PKG & LKG for the academic year 2025-2026 will be issued online from Monday, 11th November 2024 to Wednesday, 13th November 2024 and Thursday, 2nd January 2025 to Saturday, 4th January 2025. They can be downloaded from the school website www.sjbhs.edu.in.

3. You can apply online ONLY on the above mentioned dates. Thereafter no application form will be issued and enquiries regarding the same will not be entertained.

4. NO application forms will be issued by the school office.

5. Admissions are NOT on a first-come first-served basis.

6. Students who have been selected will be informed of the same via official school email in December 2024 and January 2025.

7. Parents are advised to apply for admissions to other schools as our seats for PKG & LKG are limited.

Procedure for PKG & LKG Applications.

1. 1. Fill the online application form and submit online within the due date.

2. 2. At the time of submission of the duly filled in E-application form, an amount of ₹500/- is to be paid online.

   1. 3. Kindly keep the scanned copies of the documents mentioned below ready to be uploaded online when the link opens on the dates given.

   2. 4. Kindly fill in and submit only one E-application form, as duplicate applications will be rejected.

   3. 5. Students who have been shortlisted for admission will be informed via the official school email. Please ensure that you provide a correct email id.

   4. 6. Those shortlisted will be required to come to school for an interaction with the admission committee.

   5. 7. On the day of the interaction the shortlisted students will be required to bring a hard copy of the following documents mentioned below and submit the same.

   6. 8. Any enquiries about admissions will not be entertained.

   7. 9. Recommendations of any kind will disqualify the candidate.

4. 1. Printout of the application form.

5. 2. Passport size photographs: one each of the student, his father and his mother.

6. 3. Corporation Birth Certificate (photo copy) with the child’s name (child should have completed 3 years of age for PKG and 4 years of age for LKG as on June 1,
        2025)

7. 4. Aadhaar card of the child. (Photo copy)

8. 5. Caste Certificate where applicable specifying the category to which the applicant belongs (Photo copy).

9. 6. Baptism certificate along with a letter from the Parish Priest stating that the parents belong to his parish. This is for Catholics only. (Photo copy)

10. 7. Proof of present residential address (Copy of Passport/ Aadhaar card/ Voter’s ID card/ Rental Agreement with Electricity Bill).

11. 8. Details of sibling studying in this school - where applicable

12. 9. Proof of father or mother being an Alumnus - if applicable

13. 10. Attested copies of the highest educational qualifications of both the parents.
