STD 1- STD 6 SESSION
Monday to Friday - 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm
Each class has basic training, flexibility, coordination and informal games. Std 1, 2, 3 & 4 are divided into separate groups. Each group has 2 coaches supervising the training.
STD 7 - STD 10
SESSION
Monday to Friday - 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm
Students are divided into 3 categories for practice sessions. Emphasis is laid on endurance, flexibility, technical (passing, receiving & positioning), tactical training (combination, system of play & attack v/s defence). Specific training like Shooting, Positioning, Goal-keeping and Tactical Formation are conducted.
Each Session has training of basic condition, flexibility, co-ordination and informal games. Primary, Middle & High School Standards are divided into separate groups. Each group has 2 coaches supervising the training.
After School Coaching:

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 2:45 pm to 3:30 pm
STD 7 - STD 10
SESSION
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm
Mr. Gopinath and his team ensure that students continue with what they learn in their clubs. After they are done learning basic strokes and techniques specific to the game, they are closely monitored and corrected. Promising students are selected, trained and drafted into the school team. Exclusive training is given for students who are part of the school team to enhance their skills to compete at a professional level.
Free Coaching is given for Hockey from Monday to Thursday.
U-14 and U-16 school teams are trained in the mornings.

After school coaching focuses on developing ball handling skills, passing and shooting and basic rules of the game. It helps children to develop balance, confidence and core strengths.
STD 7 - STD 10
SESSION
Monday to Friday - 3:45 pm to 4:30 pm
Focus is on training and developing basic motor patterns (perfecting techniques) so that they can be gradually transformed into more specific basketball abilities.
Morning
6:30 – 7:30 am STD 7 to 12
U-14, U-16 and U-18 boys’ and girls’ school teams are trained during these sessions

SBF football academy conducts the football club.

Austin D’Almeida- represented India from 2000-2003, and he has been guiding and mentoring our basketballers. Mr Austin is supported by Mr Anthony Sanjay, Mr Anthony Vickey and others.

Students are encouraged to learn and work on their swimming skills on these days. Swimmers who are good are selected for the school swimming teams and trained for interschool competitions.
