Submit the online application form within the given dates through the official school website: www.sjbhs.edu.in
A non-refundable fee of ₹500 is to be paid online at the time of submission.
Ensure name, email ID, and mobile number, are entered correctly for future communication.
Only one application should be submitted per child.
Shortlisted candidates will receive an email and WhatsApp message and invited for an interaction session with the Admission Committee.
On the day of interaction, shortlisted candidates must submit hard copies of the required documents.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
Printout of the completed application form.
Corporation Birth Certificate (photocopy) with the child’s name.
The child must have completed 3 years for PKG and 4 years for LKG as on 1st June 2026.
Aadhaar Card of the child (photocopy).
Caste Certificate, if applicable.
Proof of current residential address (Passport/Aadhaar/Voter’s ID/Rental Agreement with latest Electricity Bill).
For Catholic applicants: Baptism Certificate (photocopy) and a letter from the Parish Priest (original).
Details of sibling(s) currently studying at SJBHS (ID Card Photocopy of 2025-26), if applicable.
Proof of parent being an alumnus of SJBHS (TC/Marks Card Photocopy), if applicable.
Attested copies of the highest educational qualifications of both parents or guardians.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Forms can be accessed and submitted only through the official SJBHS website. No forms will be issued from the school office.
Admissions are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
The number of seats for PKG and LKG is limited.
The school has no agents or intermediaries for admission and does not accept donations. Any person claiming to offer admission for money is fraudulent. Parents/Guardians are advised not to engage in such transactions and to report any suspicious activity to grievance@sjbhs.edu.in
Recommendations of any kind will lead to disqualification.
NO admissions to UKG – Std X. However, if vacancies arise, the school may consider lateral admissions after 1st May 2026. Kindly send your request to admissions@sjbhs.edu.in
