Ian Faria’s Talk

A talk was arranged for teachers on ‘How the Mind Works’. Mr. Ian Faria, an Old Boy and former OBA President, who is a Corporate Trainer and Leadership Coach of high repute, held every teacher’s attention with the latest theories and practices in neuroscience.

In a short but impactful session, Faria spoke about the functioning of the different parts of the brain. He gave useful tips on how to treat complaints as gifts, respond rather than react and shift perspective to achieve positive results. He showed how Perception = Reality using examples.
