ISC students of Class 11 and 12 who are part of the Sustainable Environment Education Foundation (SEEF) went on a field trip to the SEEF farm at Hoskote on 19th August,2023. Students of Std 12 welcomed and introduced the Std 11 students to the program by presenting six projects.

The six presentations were:
Rainwater Harvesting, Solar Dryer, Organic Gardening, Composting, Nutrition and Menstruation.
Student volunteers explained each project systematically and were able to shed light on each topic and made it easier for the students to understand. Rainwater recharge wells, Composting pits, Organic Garden plots were shown to the students and the processes were explained. A cooking demo was conducted by making a nutritious spinach and ridge gourd sambar. The micronutrients of each ingredient in the lentil preparation were highlighted.
