Newly Renovated Auditorium

Any event at SJBHS always begins with invocation, intercession and petitions to the Almighty for His abundant grace and blessings.

The newly renovated Xavier Auditorium at SJBHS was inaugurated on the July 7, 2023 in the presence of the Rector Fr Brian Pereira SJ, Fr Joy, Principal of SJBHS Fr Sunil Fernandes SJ; Former Principal Fr Michael John SJ; Fr Oswald Mascarenhas SJ; and Vice Principal Mr. Brian McKertish.

The newly renovated auditorium was blessed by Fr Oswald Mascarenhas SJ while Rector spoke about the importance of the venue that has seen a number of Josephites hone their talents, receive awards, have events and celebrate life. The ceremony would not be complete without felicitating the man behind the scene. The design architect, Mr. James, was honoured on the successful completion of the task and lauded for his work in the construction of the other Jesuit constructions.

The ceremony concluded with the final events of the OBA Buzz – a fitting inauguration of the newly renovated Xavier Auditorium.
