Funday November - Festivals

Festivals are a celebration of faith, goodness, and a bright future. They are celebrated to uphold the religious customs and traditions and bring about a sense of peace and happiness. To break the monotony of daily classroom routine and to spread the message of sharing and caring, the Pre-Primary Department celebrated ‘Festivals’ as part of their Funday on Nov 10, 2023.

The corridor looked colourful and bright as the children came dressed in traditional wear. The Diya painting activity done in class brought a big smile on the faces of the tiny tots who were more than happy to carry it home. The snack boxes too were filled with sweets and appetizers and the little ones were seen enjoying the same.

A video on festivals and their importance was also shown to the class and the teachers gave some explanation on the same. The day was filled with mirth and laughter and everywhere there was a feeling of joy and happiness.
