Our first-ever intra school literary festival was held on the 13^th, 14^th and 15^th of February. A variety of activities were planned for the students of classes 5, 6, 7 and 8. Energy, nervousness and enthusiasm in the young organizing committee set the mood!

Fiery debates, raging creativity in on spot storytelling and display of raw talent in the illustration competition, dominated the scene in high school, while middle school had declamation and elocution competitions as the mainstay of their event line-up.

Preparation for the lit fest began three weeks before the event with the logistics team, along with the teachers in charge, working tirelessly to get the word out among the students of classes 5 to 8. Selections for each event were carefully and meticulously conducted by the event heads under the supervision of the teacher in-charge. The schedule of events was clearly listed and put up on notice boards on each floor for easy navigation. Judges were called from outside for all the eight events of the lit fest.

The closing ceremony and prize distribution was held in the auditorium on the 15th of February with Mr. Gavin Codeiro , an eminent theater person presiding over the function as the chief guest. Mr. Codeiro’s speech encouraged the students to participate in more creative activities for the overall development of intellect.
