Rules & Regulations


  • The dress code is Western or Indian formals, and must be strictly followed. Uniforms are not permitted. Ripped jeans/High Heels/Shorts/Skirts/Sleeveless clothing is prohibited.

  • Participants must carry proof of registration and an up-to-date institution ID card or government-issued ID card such as Aadhaar card/Passport. If participants are part of a school delegation, an institution ID card is compulsory on both days.

  • Drinks and food from outside the campus are strictly prohibited. Drinks and food items from outside the campus will be confiscated and not returned.

  • Every event is open to non-science students.

  • Food stalls will be available at all times on campus during the duration of the fest. Participants can purchase food items from these stalls.

  • Empty water bottles will be permitted. Water dispensers will be provided at different points in the school campus.

  • Lunch will be provided to the accompanying teachers of each school delegation at no additional cost.

  • Participants eliminated on Day 1 are not permitted to enter the campus on Day 2. Entry will be denied to eliminated participants on Day 2.

  • No prohibited items such as cigarettes, vapes; illegal items such as alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or any type of drugs; pets; any sort of sharp objects or weaponry including but not limited to: scissors, knives, box cutters, nail cutters, blades; inflammable substances such as perfumes, and hand sanitizers; strict action may be taken if such items are found, including disqualification from participation.

  • Participants are strongly discouraged from using foul or unparliamentary language. Failure in this regard will lead to disqualification.

  • The use of ChatGPT or any other AI chatbot is strictly prohibited. Any student found using it for any purpose, will be immediately disqualified and escorted out of the premises. If participants are found to be cheating in any form, they will be disqualified and school delegations may face points deduction.

  • Participants are expected to attend all rounds on time, as made clear in the schedule. The events will begin strictly on time and participants entering late will have to give valid reasons for the delay to the event heads and the teachers-in-charge for the respective events. Repeated late entry will result in points being deducted.

  • Participants are requested to be well prepared with all required material. Any delay will not be allowed to impact the staging of the event and event heads will proceed as they see fit.

  • Public display of affection of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  • Wrist bands given at registration must be worn at all times. If found without a band, participants will be escorted out of the campus.

  • There will be a regular feedback session to ensure smooth functioning of all events.

  • Any problems faced by the participants may be addressed to the event heads or the members of the organizing committee via WhatsApp from the Transcendence Instagram page. Enquiries, complaints, or any other issue should be communicated in writing via a message only. No calls will be entertained in this regard. We will make sure that the issue is addressed at the earliest.

  • We expect cordial behaviour and orderly conduct from all the participants to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

  • School will not be responsible for any personal loss.
