EVENT RULES


  • ON-SPOT REGISTRATIONS will be avaliable for certain events.

  • Registrations will close 2 days prior to the event (Wednesday, 16th November, 2022)

  • All participants are expected to be present in the school premises at 8:00 am on the first day to complete registration formalities.

  • Individual registrations will be accepted only for open events. Participation fee of Rs 200/- will be charged per head, per open event.

  • Students from Grade 9 to 1st year degree are allowed to participate.

  • INSTITUTIONAL TEAMS are considered as teams representing a particular school / college and are automatically considered for the entire bouquet of INSTITUTIONAL EVENTS.

  • A valid ID proof from schools/colleges/government must be shown at the time of registration.

  • All events are judged on common and unbiased grounds.

  • Any sort of vulgarity, obscenity,teasing or mockery in any form and at any point of time is prohibited and participants will be disqualified immediately at the discretion of the teacher in-charge or the judges. Misconduct in the campus by the students will lead to their expulsion.Reports may be made to the respective school or college management if deemed necessary.

  • Failure to conform to the time limit for events will lead to negative marking/disqualification at the discretion of the judges.

  • All music and media required for events must be submitted at the console/ relevant location , under intimation to the venue and event in charge , 45 minutes prior to the start of the event. The music in .mp3 format, and the media in recognised formats, must be submitted in pen drives which are labeled.

  • Only the first 25 institutions to register will be allowed to participate.If the institutional cap is not met, the organizers reserve the right to open the event at their discretion and multiple teams may be permitted from the same institution or combined teams from different institutions. (conditions will apply )

  • You are requested to confirm your participation as early as possible by sending us an e-mail. Contact information is given behind this invite. The final list of participants must be submitted at the time of registration on the day of the fest.

  • CLOSED EVENT: A closed event is one in which ONLY students representing the SAME institution can take part in.(can be converted to open at the discretion of the organizer )

  • OPEN EVENT: An open event is an event in which is not an INSTITUTIONAL EVENT. For example, Sports events.

  • The organizers reserve the right to convert a CLOSED event into an OPEN event if the event cap is not met.
